Research generation: We undertake formative and impact evaluations anchored on community participation, engagement and sustainable partnerships.

Evidence synthesis: we undertake this through i) Analyses of large datasets in partnerships with academic institutions and not for private organizations to utilize existing datasets for advance research. Our current partnerships focus mental health services utilization, violence against children and young adults, and reproductive health; ii) Evidence reviews: Collate and synthesize available evidence to leverage on existing knowledge, identify best practices

Athari Innovation is a community that brings together translational researchers, public and private sector actors and beneficiary communities to co-develop, co-test, co-refine, and deploy technologies that address societal challenges. This space is dedicated to new ideas and methodologies that challenge traditional approaches to perennial challenges.

We undertake Impact and formative evaluations.

a) Impact Evaluation: utilize innovative approaches to quantify effect of interventions and qualitative techniques for meaningful impact attribution; embedded in experimental and non-experimental designs.

b) Process evaluation: Our engagement with partners is premised on the realization that partners have capacity and have a superior understanding of their environment. In our partnership role, we support partners to co-design, co-create, and co-evaluate ongoing initiatives, document and derive learning throughout their change journey.
